About This Dog

Arwen's ideal home

Arwen is a very active dog, so she needs a home that can keep up with her high energy levels and would enjoy a dog for hiking. She can live with secondary‑school‑aged children who are comfortable around boisterous dogs. As she’s still young, she’ll need minimal leaving hours, with her alone time built up gradually. Arwen cannot live with cats, as she has previously been too much for them, but she could live with small furries if kept separately. Although she’s friendly with other dogs on walks, she cannot currently live with another dog in the home.

Could you be Arwen's perfect match?

Arwen is a bright, bouncy 8‑month‑old Husky x American Bulldog with a huge zest for life. She’s a high‑energy whirlwind who adores zooming around, chasing toys, and showing off her playful side. Despite her lively nature, she’s also a total softie who loves a fuss, a cuddle, and—most of all—a treat. She’s incredibly friendly with everyone she meets and is always eagerly waiting for her next walk, offering a perfect little sit in exchange for a snack thanks to her very food‑motivated personality. Out and about, Arwen loves sniffing, exploring, hopping straight into the car, and saying hello to other dogs. She’s a joyful, social girl with a big heart and an even bigger enthusiasm for life.
