Kylo

Ilfracombe, North Devon5 weeks

Description

Kylo's ideal home

Kylo is a seven-year-old American Bulldog looking for a loving home where he will be adored. He could potentially share his home with a calm natured dog. He has no history of living with cats, small furries, or livestock, and could share his home with children as young as eleven. He may have never been left alone so time alone is best built up gradually. He is housetrained and happy to jump in the car. We have sought expert advice and we do not believe that Kylo would be considered an American Bully XL type.

Could you be Kylo's perfect match?

Kylo is a handsome gentle boy who is independent. He is instantly friendly with new people and enjoys being in your company but does not want much from you initially. Kylo will initiate a fuss on his terms and the bond will grow in time. He has had a difficult few months and found himself in our care due to a bereavement in the family. It may take him a bit of time to settle and feel safe and secure. Kylo enjoys playing with toys. He knows a ‘sit’ and ‘paw’. He likes his food, and has made a few doggy pals to go for walks with her at the rehoming centre.

American Bully Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a American Bulldog.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
